Nossos diferenciais

VW Madeiras participates in the National Wood Quality Program (PNQM) of the Brazilian Association of Mechanically Processed Wood Industry (ABIMCI), formed by more than 150 companies involved in the production of sawn wood, laminates, plywood, and higher value-added products.

This means that products with pre-established specifications, manufactured under controlled parameters, are offered to the domestic and foreign consumer market to ensure the credibility of the quality certification process.

PNQM certification is important not only in the domestic market but also guarantees access to the European Economic Community's CE certification for wood panels.

VW Madeiras LTDA uses raw materials sourced from environmentally sound and economically viable reforestation, ensuring environmental preservation and traceability throughout the production chain.

European Community certification for plywood intended for non-structural civil construction. These products feature high bonding durability, low formaldehyde emissions, and resistance to deterioration.

VW Madeiras has an executive order issued by the California Air Resources Board (CARB), which approves the use of NAF/ULEF resins, meeting all CARB ATCM 93120 and EPA TSCA Title VI requirements, supervised by a third-party certifier (TCP).

The CE2+ marking meets all the requirements of European standard EN 13986:2004 + A1:2015. These requirements are based on three pillars: monitoring of inputs, monitoring of production processes, and laboratory testing.

Plywood panels with the CE2+ marking are structural products with low formaldehyde emissions (E1) and can be used in humid environments for purposes such as flooring, walls, ceilings, and other uses in civil construction.
